is a short distance ( 25 minutes ) from Cork International
Airport with direct flights from numerous European Airports.
The Swansea / Cork Ferry Terminal is 30 minutes away from
our base.
So with in one hour of arriving in Ireland, you can be aboard
your yacht. Our Staff will arrange transfers if required.
Kinsale
Town
Kinsale " The Gourmet Capital of Ireland " is
a short walk from theTrident Marina.
In
addition Sail Ireland Charters also has a secondary base in
the picturesque village of Dingle. Our base is situated in
the sheltered harbour at the most south - westerly point of
Ireland. The marina is in the heart of the busy market town,
famous for its hospitality.
The
lively town is home to excellent seafood restaurants and its
52 pubs are well known for their music and craic.
Fly times to Ireland from airports throughout Britain is about
one hour. Airlines have regular services to Ireland and most
points with Britain are near to an access airport.
There
are four major ferry ports in the Republic with sailings to
Britain. There are also direct sailing from Rosslare Co.Wexford
and Cork Ferry Port to France and a ferry from Northern Ireland
to Scotland.
From Britain and France there are a number of crossings during
peak summer service.
